I’m Mateusz Zając, a product-minded engineer based in Poland. I build at the point where AI models meet real software, real workflows, and real constraints.

My interests span applied AI engineering and AI enablement: shipping dependable AI features, connecting models to tools and data, evaluating what they do, and helping teams change how they work around those capabilities.
